Reservation:
You must pay 100% of the rent to lock in your reservation and send to us bank remittance.

Bond:
$500 security bond (Released within 3 business days after check out). 

​Cancellation：
At least 30 days notice, full refund, minus 10% cancellation fee. 

House Rules：
1. No Bachelor Parties
2. Only Registered Guests Are Allowed
3. Clean Dirty Dishes Before Check-Out
4. Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity
5. Check-in time is 3pm, Check-out Time is 11am. 
6. No Exception To Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance
7. Damages House Objects Will Be Billed To The Guest
8. Turn Lights Off And A.C/Heat Off When Away
9. Pet Free Zone
10. Quiet Time After 11:00 pm
